MHCKTKD Leadership Connection: A Memorable Visit to Charlotte 🌟
This past week, Master H.C. Kim had the distinct honor of traveling to Charlotte, North Carolina, for a truly inspiring and meaningful visit. The trip served as a special opportunity to reconnect with his lifelong teacher and mentor, Professor Yang, who currently holds the esteemed position of President of the Korea Taekwondo Association (KTA).
The visit was filled with powerful moments of reflection, gratitude, and renewed inspiration. Master Kim also had the rare chance to meet the President of World Taekwondo, further emphasizing the global unity and vision within the Taekwondo community.
In addition to these memorable encounters, Master Kim reunited with fellow Yong In University alumni, sharing stories and encouragement with those who have walked a similar path. He also enjoyed quality time with respected Buffalo masters, whose dedication to the martial arts continues to uplift and inspire.
Being surrounded by such influential leaders and devoted practitioners reminded us all of the deep roots, values, and global reach of Taekwondo. It was not just a trip—it was a reaffirmation of our purpose, our lineage, and our future.
